Can customer request amend for photo & video?
Yes. Minor amendments for both photo & video are welcome. You may visit our info pack for further information.
We understand every couple has their own preferences, so simple revisions such as color adjustments, music changes, or selected photo requests can be discussed after preview delivery.
Our goal is to make sure you truly love the final memories we create together.
What if we're getting married abroad?
Yes, transportation & accommodation charges may apply depending on the event location.
Transportation will be calculated at:
• RM1.00/km (return trip)

For outstation or long-hour events, accommodation arrangements are to be provided by the client.
PAYMENT TERMS & FLOW
All payments are structured with transparency, fairness, and mutual agreement, in line with Shariah principle (no uncertainty, no hidden charges).
Payment Structure
Step 1 - Booking Deposit
-500 MYR (Non-Refundable) to secure event date, time slot, and crew allocation.
-Deposit confirms commitment from both Client and RINDU FILMS.
Step 2 - Pre-Event-Payment
-90% of total package to be paid 1 month before the event date.
-Ensure full preparation, planning and crew readiness.
Step 3 - Final Delivery & Balance
-Final photos and videos will be delivered as agreed.
-Remaining 10% balance to be settled upon receipt of all final products.
To secure your booking slot, a deposit of RM500 is required for the Essentials package, while a deposit of RM1000 is required for the Signature/Premiere package.
